Los Angeles’ LAX Airport is always buzzing with celebrity sightings. Earlier this week Jessica Simpson was getting ready to depart. And her fatigued smile may be the result of some serious lovin’ with her boyfriend Tony Romo.

New eyewitness accounts of Cacee Cobb’s 30th birthday party have surfaced, and we couldn’t wait to share them with you. Apparently the “With You” singer and the Dallas Cowboys Quarterback are having a bit of an issue with public displays of affection. According to some insiders, these two lovebirds were all over each other at Teddy’s that night. “They were all over each other on the couch, making out,” said one witness.

Another partygoer informed press, “They were on top of each other! It was a little bit much for a public place. He was holding her close and she wasn’t paying attention to anyone else.”

With all the tonsil hockey that was going on, you gotta wonder if Jess remembered to tell her BFF “Happy Birthday.”

Bad news for Vanessa Hudgens… Yesterday a judge ruled that her former attorney will be allowed to move forward with his $150,000 lawsuit against her.

Brian Schall, the High School Musical actress’ former attorney, filed a breach-of-contract lawsuit against her this past September. Back in 2005, he alleges, Hudgens agreed to pay him five percent of her earnings as payment for his services. And where it gets dismal for Nessa is that she’s earned over $5 million due to Schall’s assistance. Although, the singer/actress’ current attorney claims that California law provides that a contract with a minor can be voided before the person turns 18, or “within a reasonable time afterward.”
Since she turns 19 in less than two weeks, the jury will have to decide what the statute of limitations is on the “reasonable time afterward.” Reportedly she disavowed the contract back in October.

Vanessa’s next hearing is January 15th, and we’ll keep you updated on the developments of this case.

It seems the glimmer of hope we all had for Britney Spears getting back to normal has been all but snuffed out.

After discovering that Child Protective Services are investigating the “Toxic” singer, new news has surfaced that Brit has now been banned from one of her favorite clubs.
Hollywood hotspot Winston’s has officially said “No Mas” to the “Gimme More” singer. Apparently there was some serious drama back on October 29th that caused the management to bar her from the establishment.

Reportedly Brit repeatedly demanded that the bartender switch clothes with her, but she refused. In addition, Spears was supposedly “obsessed” with the manager there, but he got “sick” of her attention.

According to a regular customer, no Brit means less excitement. He told press, “It was exciting when she was there. The whole bar would revolve around her.”

Believe it or not, Mr “I don’t wanna get married again” is getting married again. Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo let slip that they’re planning on tying the knot… and they’re doing it this weekend.

As we speak, paparazzi are hopping on planes headed for the Bahamas, where the happy couple will be holding their nuptials. An inside source told FOX News’ Hollie McKay that Minnillo’s entourage arrived at one of the Bahamian Carlyle Hotels. Of course, neither Nick’s nor Vanessa’s reps were available for comment. Chances are, they were hoping this would stay secret.

The 34-year-old former 98 Degrees member is apparently ready to test the marriage waters again, after a very public divorce from pop singer Jessica Simpson.

Back in March, Simpson told Elle magazine that Lachey’s quick recovery from their divorce caused her some serious heartache. “Oh it hurt me,” she said. “wo or three weeks later? Yeah, I’d say it kind of hurt me.”

As a teaser for Monday’s all-new episode of “The Hills,” Lauren Conrad told press that she makes a “life-changing” decision. And since it’s the season-three finale, it’s only right that they go out with a bang.

Conrad told press, “I gotta be honest, I haven’t seen the final episode yet. I know that something happens in our lives, but I don’t know what they’re showing. … Something very exciting happens in my life. I can’t tell you what, obviously, because it has to air, but it was a life-changing something.” Rumor has it, she’s offered a second chance to go live in Paris. And if you remember, she turned down her first opportunity at the offer in order to be with Jason Wahler. But LC won’t confirm whether or not that’s the decision she’s talking about.

She said, “I have to make a very big decision—which I made, which I’m very happy with now.” And that’s all the preview we’re gonna get for “The Hills” so it looks like we’ll just have to tune in to see what happens.

Combining a shaved head, a rehab stint and a child custody battle, among numerous other incidences, the troubled pop tart was recently named the most popular Yahoo search term this year. According to a recent press release, ” Paris Hilton, in turn, came in third on the list, thanks in large part to her 45-day jail sentence in a reckless driving case. Last year, she was the number five most-searched term.”

The report continues, “For the second year in a row, World Wrestling Entertainment placed second on the list, with an enormous amount of interest generated by Chris Benoit, the wrestler who killed his wife and son before committing suicide in June.”

Meanwhile, “Naruto, a Japanese manga cartoon, was the fourth most popular term, edging out Beyoncé, who came in fifth.”

Who knew a simple trip to the local watering hole would garner such amazing celebrity sightings?! Well, the Waverly isn’t exactly just another restaurant, and stars like Eva Mendes and Anne Hathaway were spotted on their way to dinner.

The New York City hot spot was the place to be last night for Eva Mendes fans. The “Hitch” actress has been spending her week in the Big Apple, and was spotted looking positively amazing last night. She wore a strapless gold knee-length dress with matching peep-toe heels. And her huge smile revealed that she’s been having a ball in the City.

And Anne Hathaway was out on a date with her real estate developer boyfriend Raffaello Follieri when the paps caught up with her at the Waverly. The “Princess Diaries” actress even stopped to pet a dog before dinner. What a sweetie.

We all remember him singing “How am I supposed to live without you?!” back in the 1980s, and now Michael Bolton is rumored to be expecting a child with his fiancé Nicolette Sheridan.

But he’s saying it’s not true. According to the “Time, Love, And Tenderness” singer, they’re more focused on planning their wedding than starting a family. The 54-year-old singer told press, “No, no, no, it is not true. I am not going to be a father again soon. Nicolette and I are not expecting a baby. I am used to reading things about me and Nicolette which have no connection to reality, but this one is ridiculous.”

And the “congratulations” phone calls from his friends are starting to get annoying. “Friends have been calling me with congratulations. If she were pregnant, it would show soon. We just came back from four days’ vacation in Los Cabos, Mexico. I have to tell you, Nicolette looks great in a bathing suit. Not at all pregnant.”

The Hitch hottie, who was photographed by Marino Parisotto for the 9th edition release, follows in the footstPress releases telling of what calendar buyers can expect read: “In its sizzling January shot, the Cuban-American beauty dresses up as Little Red Riding Hood and strikes an alluring pose with a snarling wolf in front of a burning fire.”

“March shows her in Little Mermaid character, draped seductively over a rock dressed in a skin-tight white basque, with two hunky male admirers pawing at her. Meanwhile, the 32-year-old thrills in a pair of sexy black thigh-high boots for May’s Puss In Boots theme, while perched on top of a cage of male admirers in the middle of the ocean.”

It was an eventful trip to the Sunshine state for Paris Hilton, as she allegedly caused a stir in Miami by fighting with fellow club goers and making out with former boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.

In town for the annual Art Basel festival, sources tell press that “Hilton scuffled with club goers two nights in a row – Thursday at SET nightclub in Miami Beach, and again Friday night at Cameo – but no charges were filed with police.” Describing the scenario, a NY Daily News source tells, “On Thursday, Paris and Stavros are said to have had a friendly dinner together at Forge, but things initially went awry when they started partying. Paris spotted Stavros in Mokai with another girl and she went crazy. She literally stood on Stavros’ table and began screaming at him. Then she started dancing and trying to get his attention.”

Shortly thereafter, Stavros and his date left to go to Set, but Paris quickly hit the exit and followed the two.

The insider tells, “Paris went to great lengths trying to get Stavros’ date kicked out, begging club security to get rid of the girl. Paris was so furious, she ended up walking up to the girl and just hit her.”

And it appears that Hilton’s persistence paid off, as an onlooker described a Paris and Stavros siting after the slapping incident, telling, “It was pretty intimate considering how public it was. Paris had her hand in Stavros’ crotch and they were whispering to each other between kisses.”

Of the alleged tussles, Hilton’s rep is denying the story, insisting, “Paris did not slap anyone in Miami.” Meanwhile, no comment was made on the romantic side of the story.
