Easter Movies
During the fun-filled Easter weekend, one can enjoy a nice Easter movie with his family. Although one may not come across specific Easter movies, a good number of mainstream and animated movies have dabbled with the Easter theme. While some movies have highlighted the spiritual aspect of the festival, others have focused on the fun and merriment associated with Easter. Animation movies that incorporate Easter symbols such as Easter bunny and Easter Eggs have proved to be a big hit with young kids.

Alice in Wonderland: There has been many screen depictions of this popular tale by Lewis Carroll such as (a) W C Fields, Cary Grant, Gary Cooper, etc. (b) Carol Marsh, Stephen Murray and Pamela Brown (c) Animated Walt Disney version.
Here Comes Peter Cottontail: The 2006 animation version is a sequel to the classic 1971 television special by legendary animators Jules Rankin and Arthur Bass.
The Easter Bunny is Comin’ to Town: Directed by Arthur Rankin Jr., this 1977 movie features Fred Astaire.
