The Lite-On DH-401S is capable of reading PS3 format Blueray Discs allowing you to make your legal backups on your PC without the need to do it under Linux and then transfer them over. This speeds up the process. Remember, there is still no way to boot PS3 backups even though teams like Paradox and Xecuter have lied about loaders (for monetary gain).
