The M42410 portable media player from China boasts a rather retro control design that features a moving track wheel as found in the first generation iPods. The gadget supports AVI, MP3, WMA and WAV file formats, and has a 2.4 inch TFT LCD display, a miniSD memory card slot, an integrated speaker and a USB 2.0 port. You can also upgrade its firmware. Now that’s cool!
