Neha Dhupia and Abhay Deol shake a leg

The Kamalistan Studio resonated on the beats of the promotional song shoot of EK CHALIS KI LAST LOCAL on 17th Nov. Choreographer Ganesh Acharya maneuvered this foot-tapping song by famous Pakistani Band “Call- The Band”. And the lead cast Neha Dhupia and Abhay Deol along with twenty other dancers set the floor ablaze. This shoot set with the Moroccan theme in the ambiance of a discotheque with lights flashing and blazing the entire set. Also seen in full control of the set and look of the song was the director Sanjay Khanduri.
Neha Dhupia was dazzling in a white top and jeans along with the shy Abhay Deol breaking away from this image looked stunning in his casuals and cool look with a spellbound performance. To join the fun on the sets was another innocent face ‘Soha Ali’. The music was mind-blowing and is sure to top the charts. Abhay on his first dance performance asserted, “I’m very excited about this song, it’s a wonderful song and one of my favorites. I’ve put in two weeks of hard work before this final performance and I’m sure Ganesh will bring the best out of me. And nothing as enjoyable as dancing with Neha.”
“I’m all geared up for today’s song shoot, I love dancing and especially if it is Ganesh choreographing it. The song is a nice hip-hop track by Pakistani band “Call - The Band” and it is surely going to appeal to masses,” added Neha Dhupia
The music in the movie has been contributed by Sandesh Shandilya well known for his composition ‘Suraj Hua Madham’ from K3G, there is one more track other than this by ‘Call’, an upcoming singer Ankur has also bestowed a song and the remix is by famous DJ Suketu. The music is being released by Universal and HOM Records.
Ek Chalis Ki Last LocalEK CHALIS KI LAST LOCAL, this fast paced thriller comedy is set to release in December, 2006. The movie is a directorial debut of Sanjay Khanduri. It is a young and stylized movie that revolves around two strangers Nilesh Rastogi (Abhay Deol), a call center executive and a middle class girl Madhu (Neha Dhupia), who is returning after attending a friend’s engagement. They both miss their 1:40 am last local train at Kurla Station. Left with a mere Rs.70 in his pocket Nilesh and Madhu, both sailing in the same boat have no choice but to wait for the next train, which is after two hours. Then the story takes a roller coaster ride. Two odd hours later when Nilesh is getting ready to board his first train to Vikhroli he is in love and has Rs.2.5 crores in his pocket. “Dhai Ghante mein Dhai Crore.”
The wacky thriller is an intelligently crafted story of what happens in couple of hours with these two nocturnal wanderers, set in the backdrop of dark underworld. This adventurous and tickling roller coaster ride will surely keep audiences on the edge of their seats.
