Panasonic D-Dock Compact Hi-Fi
They both feature an Ethernet port to download data according to the CD you’re listening to,MD Support, 5CD charger, 8x CD dubbing to SD cards and 1 Bit DAC D/A converter for CD. No word on the price or release date, but it should be soon.
