Springfield cardinals
The Springfield Cardinals are pleased to announce that a total of 14 games will be televised in 2008. KY3 and the Ozarks CW will combine to televise both exhibition games against the St. Louis Cardinals, the Texas League All-Star Game presented by Great Southern, in addition to 11 regular season games at Hammons Field.
“We’re proud that KY3 and the Ozarks CW will be broadcasting Cardinals games from Hammons Field for a fourth straight year”, said Manager of Public Relations Mike Lindskog. “It’s great exposure for us and gives Cardinals fans around Southwest Missouri an opportunity to see the Springfield Cardinals right inside their homes.”
Both Exhibition Games against the St. Louis Cardinals on March 28th and 29th will be televised, as well as the Texas League All-Star Game presented by Great Southern on June 25th. A total of 11 regular season games will also be seen, including ten against division rivals Arkansas (LAA), Northwest Arkansas (KC) and Tulsa (COL).
